Yellow Panda (“we”) provides the Photo Widget app (“the app”). This policy explains what information the app handles. The app is available in English and Spanish.
Photo Widget lets you choose a photo on your device and show it in a home-screen widget. You can tap the widget later to choose a different photo.
When you pick a photo, the app copies that photo into its private storage on your device so the widget can display it. The app does not upload your photos to Yellow Panda and does not sell them. The copy stays on your device until you replace the photo, remove the widget, or uninstall the app. Your home-screen launcher displays the photo as part of the widget.
The only ad provider in this app is Google AdMob. There is no other advertising network and no ad mediation. A banner may appear at the bottom of the instruction screen. That screen may also show a native ad. A full-screen ad may appear when you press Back to leave the instruction screen. Ads are not shown on the home-screen widget, when the app opens, or while you are choosing a photo.
When an ad is requested, Google may process the advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device information (such as model, language, and screen size), and how you interact with the ad (such as views and taps). Google describes that processing in Google’s privacy policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
We do not sell your photos, and we do not pass those photos to AdMob.
The app uses the internet so ads can load.
The app does not ask you to create an account. Yellow Panda does not collect your name, email address, contacts, or precise location through this app.
This app is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be shown in the app. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated policy.
